PAGOSA SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - On Tuesday, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment said a third case of measles was confirmed in Colorado.

Officials said an adult in Archuleta County tested positive for measles. They could not confirm if the person was vaccinated.

Two other cases of measles have been confirmed in Colorado. Those cases have been an adult in Pueblo and an infant in Denver. Officials said they do not believe the three cases are connected.
